Things Every Site Should Have

Here is a list of items that should be included in every site:
- Contact Information on every page. Include your company name, address, phone, email, and other pertinent contact information on every page
- Have a consistent color scheme and page layout for all the pages which match your corporate identity.
- Your logo should always be a link to your home page.
- The web programmer should use CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) for the design and page layout, not tables. This will improve your SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
- Include a contact form which will send customer questions as an email which is monitored on a daily basis by someone in your company. Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours.
- Include a description meta tag that summarizes your company's product/service. (The meta tags are special elements at the top of each page. Your web programmer should know what they are and how to use them. ) This is what the search engines use when displaying search results. This is your first impression with the customer.
